Set Realistic Weight Loss Goal

When trying to lose weight, the biggest problem to overcome is simply getting started. They don’t know where to begin. If that sounds like you, then, you must read this article. It doesn’t matter how much you want to lose. What I am about to share will help you out!

If you want to be successful in your weight loss journey, you must set goals. Without them, you will have no idea of what you are trying to accomplish, when you want the be done, and how much work you should put into it in order to get rid of those pounds.

You need to ask yourself these two important questions:
  1. How much do you want to lose?
  2. By when would you like to be done?
Then, write the answer to these question on a piece of paper. Make multiple copies of it and put it somewhere visible - like on your fridge, your computer, your bedroom door, your desk at work etc...

Just setting the goals isn’t enough. You must be reasonable with yourself and set a realistic weight loss goal. Otherwise, you’re just going to get frustrated as time pass by and you’re starting to realize you’re not losing as much weight as you hoped for.

Start by setting small and achievable goals. This way, when you succeed, you’ll get more confidence about what you are trying to accomplish and keep moving forward.
