Before you start reading, I want to let you know this article is unlike other weight loss articles you will find around the web. It’s not a quick weight loss (but temporary) solution. But, instead it outlines a slow, steady and healthy way to lose the weight and keep it off. So, if you don’t have the patience to do this right, then this is not for you.
The following are my three natural weight loss tips..
1. Don’t eat white bread, white rice, or white sugar.
This is due to the fact that those foods become sugar as soon as they get into your system. Your body just isn’t equipped to take in that kind of amount of sugar in such a short time period. So, in order to deal with it,your body will store a huge chunk of them as fat (By the way, I'm not a doctor so please don't mistaken any of this as medical advice).
2. Stay away from processed foods.
I can’t stress enough how important this is. I’ve mention it numerous time on this site. In case you didn’t know what processed foods are, they are anything with added lab chemicals or preservatives. The tell whether if a food is processed or not, take a look at the container in the “ingredients” section. Basically, if you can’t pronounce the name of an ingredient, then the food is probably processed. Preservatives prevent foods when breaking down the way it should. It gets stuck in your body which leads to weight gain.
3. Stay away from soda
The reason for not drinking soda is also because of the sugar its bringing into your body. Sugar turns into stored fat, as mentioned above. I am sure some clean, good old fashion water can satisfy your thirst just as well...
